How about if, as leaders we change our framework?
Rather than automatically responding with a reflexive NO, we say YES and...?Be willing to collaborate with your fellow stakeholders. Hear their voice. Be humble.
Often the answer is not "either or", it may be "YES and....."
Tribalism, polarization, politicization are a result of being unwilling to say, "Yes and...."
Be human - it's the new school leadership way.
