Boy Band - NOT!

No, we are not a boy band. We are brothers. Raised in the same family by our parents in Canada.

We have been apart for over thirty five years.

We have each lived in various parts of the world including: Japan, Kenya, Finland, Vancouver, New Zealand, Minnesota, North Dakota, Alberta and Vancouver Island.

Rarely do we all end up in the same place together.

We did recently when our mother had seven cardiac arrests in a single day.

We all traveled to Saskatchewan to be there with her and our three amazingly loving sisters.

Surprisingly, our mother survived.

We had a wonderful time. There was love, deep conversation, tears, lots of laughter, food, unity and healing.

Of course, we made sure to shoot the third version of our album cover.

I have had many nights recently where I suddenly awaken from a deep sleep. On such nights, my mind begins to race and race and race.... and RACE! I am thrust into thinking thoughts that are too deep to contemplate in the midst of my exceedingly busy days. You can CHASE numbers or CHANGE live... In business you have choices to make, what you pursue and how you do it. You can choose to focus your efforts on numbers. You can reach for: ➕️ more followers, ➕️ higher sales, ➕️ more likes, ➕️ greater revenue. 🔹️Numbers show progress. 🔹️Numbers validate your thesis. 🔹️Numbers placate your insecurities. Isolation vs Solitude

  The journey from Failure to Success is ALWAYS about truth and wholeness. Wholeness can not be found in isolation. Isolation is reactionary and defensive in nature. It is a posture based on pain, fear and distrust. We often isolate ourselves from friends and family for various reasons. Sometimes the reason is real. Sometimes it is imagined. The lens with which we view the world may be inaccurate and tainted because of past trauma. Our personal history can obscure our view of ourselves and humanity. We withdraw from social interactions because we falsely believe it is the safest choice. In reality it most often is destructive to our psyche and stunts our healing process. Solitude however is a very different posture. It is reflective, introspective and healing in nature. In solitude we can become. Whole. Healthy. Rested. Humble.
